Well hello my durminators!!! :laughing:
As i said,i have been doing the experiement regarding 2 days brake from Duro.
I successfully finished the 2 day test with no extra hunger or cravings for duromine. i did ate a bit more of protein thats true,like really eating a lot a lot of it! Totally per this 2 days maybe 2000-2500 cal . But no calories from fat or sugar.. was only protein and complex carbs maybe 70-100gr max per day... As i started taking yesterday again duro,i did found my apetite better . But, then as i wrote in past entries i been waiting my menstruation for 2 months!!! It been off cause of my hormones... Sooo i am happy to see that yesterday i got it ;) i was the most happiest person on earth and i felt sooo much better. Probably my hornones played a big role in phentermine effect and now since its "out" i am happy calm sattisfied and feeling great;)
so yes... the duromine test was successfull probably mostly to hormone inbalance my apetite was up high.
Today i feel awsome happy and energise! I also want to share with you one tip i discovered...
Duromine has a very high adrenaline uptake sometimes if your dopamine is low ,it can be a problem and maybe anxious mind or apetite can appear. I found myself happy if i do the DOPAMINE diet. It is diet full with healthy fresh food which naturally boost dopamine. Check it on internet for full info,i will say just that its about food full on protein,veggies,green leaf veggies,fruits nuts etc...
My BEST DOPAMINE FOOD ARE:
-apples
-berries
-egg whites
-chicken breast
-cocoa
-green tea
-yoghurt or kefir
-beetroot !!!!
I am not joking when i say that i felt really HIGH after consuming the delicious mix of this sooo healthy food today!
My recipe for an amazing dopamine boost is:
-Grind an apple and beetroot.add berries(strawberries,blueberries).I had non sugar berries marmelade which my mom makes just for me. I added couple of spoons. Mix it and add cocoa powder on top. Its an amazing salad after which i really feel happy and not hungry or craving for bad things!!! Must try!
Also i am big fun of raw eggs,so my favorite meal is also next:
-Separate egg whites from yolks
-put a spoon of stevia sweetener(natural sweet!!)
-mix it with mixer until you get very white and tense like a foam mixture
-add on top some berries or cocoa powder
ITS DELICIOUS!!!
I am making now the research about DOPAMINE releated to food cravings. Also phentermine boost with it. I will certanly write here my facts but till now im sooo happy its working!
