Hi everyone this is my 2nd day on Dom 30mg and must say my headaches and dry mouth have been constant but my energy level is up dramatically. I have 30kgs to loose and am on boarder line diabetes. I am mad at myself for putting my health last over my family as without me they would be lost. This has been a real wake up call and I'm hoping this is a great kick start for me before its too late.
