Hi everyone , to those of you have been following my journey, know how I have been struggling to eat all my calories and do an hour exercise EVERYDAY ,and how breakfast before 10am has been such a huge challenge for me... WELL !! Friday morning was te last day of my week 5 .So I decided "no time like the present ",and weekend coming up, would be a gr8 reason to eat all my calories, STARTED of with brekkie early 8am, {will work on getting to eat it at 7am}...Then I had lunch, 12:00 ,now to most of you that is not such a big deal, {so happy for you tha do this }For me it was a huge thing to take the time, prep a meal , {it was only tuna salad, but still} and then the challenging part, TO ..SIT ..DOWN... AND EAT ... IT S-L-O-W-L-Y ... AND ENJOY EVERY MOUTH FULL ... well success !!! I enjoyed it all even licked the bowl . {I know gross right ? }..Well it was so yummy even my teenage son asked if I would make him some, .. I can only say, that by 3pm, I had no need for my extra cup of herbal tea that I usually have around 3pm..By dinner I was ready to eat again and did not have a hot drink with that either, as I enjoyed dinner and was so satisfied, but it gets EVEN BETTER, I SLEPT MY FIRST 8 HOURS straight , in 5 weeks,I woke up this morning with my "normal buzz" but with a restful body and mind for a change , hahahah, I feel fantastic, and believe I have the energy now too do a whole hour of exercise ,instead of the 45 min I have been putting in.. hoping for another rgr8 nights sleep tonight , had brekkie at 8 again before I ran out the door , a natural pattern is beginning to emerge now and I am loving it !!...1200 CAL are my new best friends ..Hope you are all having a good successful weekend too , go ..go... goal !! ,everyone !!
