Hoping to hear from Kate soon, to gain some advice on my stupid choices this week ..
I decided that I would set mini goals this week for exercise and calories, NOT weightloss... I have been so consumed by weight LOSS instead of being balanced about my FITNESS, EATING HABITS, and MENTAL health as a whole ....
I have also decided to go back on 30mg D, no more 40mg, it really messed with me on so many levels, and my weight loss was not significantly different..
My ONLY concern this week is that I do not get enough sleep and fall back into the trap of not eating all my calories and not exercising hard like the past week, so this is why I have set these mini goals, to help me achieve this, and remain on D..
if any of you have anything to share or advice, I would appreciate it, thank you ....
