Week Five
Well my sabotage escapade resulted in the Dr increasing my dosage from 15mg to 30mg so I guess there goes the silver lining. I'm back to feeling fantastic but still haven't quite gotten back on-top of things.
At the moment my appetite is minimal, my exercise is minimal, my finances are minimal and my time is minimal! To me, it would make sense to just not eat much and that way I'd save some time and money.. (yeah right)
I'm setting my goals again, this week coming I will repeat steps from Week One which helped me get my head into the right space and start writing in my note book again daily. By the end of next week I need to be down to 4kg when I weigh-in with my Dietitian if I am to be on track with my weight-loss goals..
Food: Pretty minimal, skipping out snacks, only eating half of my meals etc.
Exercise: Walking 3km twice this week![Frown :( :(](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
