I've been ridiculously busy since starting my Duromine journey but I've continued to keep log of everything manually in a note book. Moving forward - I'll summarize weekly seeing as my goals to blog daily proved to be a little ambitious.
Week Two
Food intake appears to be increasing again however mentally I feel equipped to do deal with my food habits in contrast to "pre-duromine" days.. I'm starting to feeling more comfortable in my body again and the exercise is not so harsh on my joints. I've established a good routine where I exercise as soon as I get home from work.
Food: I still pretty much eat the same thing every day i.e. weetbix, youghurt and fruit for breakfast; chicken, rice and vege for lunch & dinner. If I'm still hungry I have a cup-of-soup to satisfy my taste buds and to fill myself up
Exercise: Still walking under 3km a day at moderate pace
Weight: Dietition weigh-in = 6.5kg decrease
