LOL, been good all week sticking at around 500-800 calories (I don't calorie count as such just not eating like I used to) eating healthy.
Weighed myself this morning and I'm still the same as Monday Though I'm picking it will be a jump come Monday ..... One can only hope
Still no side affects really . Yay
Had husband home sick gggrrrrr HATE THE MANFLU!! And love my alone time!
No exercise just the usual walking around the shops everyday.... Yep I like to go buy my morning coffee haaaaa!! But hey now I have an excuse I need to move.
Clothes feeling better even though weight has stayed the same so something much be changing or my pants have stretched
Have a dinner our Saturday night with friends so that will be good , I'm not telling anyone about the duromine so don't need to be judged ! But hope I make the right choices
