I had an 8 week evaluation at the gym and i'm doing really well - my exercise physiologist says i've exceeded every goal we set by heaps - but somehow I felt disappointed - I know it's silly blah blah blah but well, I can't help how I feel.
Today however I feel like i'm coming out of my mood and am just off to the gym so wish me luck.

Oh wow, thats fantastic! Maybe your expectations of urself are too high, i dont know. It sounds like ur doing really well! I wish you luck my friend xx

Oh Vamp Girl, it’s so great that you’re get out of this low mood. You are doing it all so well when you are in a good mood, and I am sure you, just like Northbeach said, want too much from yourself.

Been thinking about you a lot today, and realized I never said it to you… every person loses weight in a very different pace. Even very very heavy people could be losing weight by 200 g, while exercising like nuts and eating healthy. It has to do with your body’s willingness to give up the kilograms. While you struggle with your body, it fights back and says NO WAY, and you, by eating properly and exercising, say WAY! I will do this! And you should be very proud of yourself. Chin up! And let’s do it! best of luck!!!
