I hope everyone is succeeding with their weight loss journey, minus the annoying side effects....
Following on from my last blog on,
Friday 8 March,
Did I sleep well, NO I only had 3 hours of sleep., Thank god for Foxtel![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Saturday 9 March,
Side effects: thirsty, need to pee all the time, goosebumps all over my body, dizzy & very hungry..
Exercise: Nil, it's the weekend time to give my body a rest
Feeling: so so
Did I sleep well, NO
Sunday 10 March,
Side effects: Thirsty, need to pee all the time, felt cold. Craved nutellaaaa, but resisted the temptation.
Exercise: Nil, apart from washing my dog and cleaning my rabbits hutch.. sweated heaps cleaning his hutch
Feeling: so so
Did I sleep well, YES
Monday 11 March,
Side effects: Thirsty, head ache, not hungry, but ate per usual, a little tummy pain
Exercise: Body Attack class at the gym.. Sweated sooo much, my hair was drenched (why do i bother straightening my hair lol)
Feeling: Great I went to the gym, but sooo exhausted after doing that class. Was lazy to wash my hair I ended up going to the hair dresser. I dyed my hair & got a blow dry
felt very pretty

Tuesday 12 March It's the time of the month.. decided to 'not weigh myself this week'..
Side effects: tummmmmmmmy pain, bloated, throat hurts, sensitive to my dog barking, Left ear hurts, Dizzy
Exercise: Walking to the grocery shop 30 min
Feeling: confused, why I'm sensitive to my dog barking & why is my ear left ear hurting??
Did I sleep Well YES.
Wednesday 13 March
Side effects: thirsty, goosebumps, a little tummy pain, Dizzy, constipated, need to pee all the time, throat hurts, still sensitive to my dog barking?? Has anyone else experienced this?
Exercise: Nil- no energy today, going to put a hot water bottle on my tummy to ease the pain

Tomorrow is going to be fun. Gym two hour session Body Combat & Body Pump, well see if I can do both classes. If I cant thats cool 1 class completed is better than no class. Some people leave in the middle of the classes because its soo hard and intense.
