Hi All

The struggle is real and it continues!!
Im on my monthlies and as some of us know, you gain water weight naturally and no Duromine can stop munchies. So I am staying away from the scale in order not to depress myself and going to gym when I dont feel lethargic....

So Ive moved my target till next week 88kgs...
I am seeing the difference in my appearence and the sex game is up like no other.

A week or a few days of munchies won't hurt you, in fact sometimes it's a good thing to kick that metabolism into gear as long as you keep up the water intake, and even the next day have significantly less calories for the day than you would usually have on a normal day..
and whoooop go the sex game.. that's always a good point! Haha
