Hi all, been a chaotic month for me haven't been exercising much which is most likely why my weight has been stuck at 98kg for forever it feels like!. Well moving on! my doc has increased my dosage to 30mgs so will see what happens the month ahead. Will have to get my rear into gear this month and move!. Cheers
