Hi everyone, this is my second time using Duromine since last year, the first time I weight 78kgs and came down to 62 kgs in just over 2 months..
THE FIRST TIME my body ever experienced this drug I felt amazing an unstoppable, I was never hungry and was on my feet all day. the second day and after that I was very tired from lack of sleep, no matter how much I tried my mind would just not let me rest. I was suffering side affects such as lack of sleep, headaches, feeling depressed and so grumpy at everyone around me, pains in the chest and I could feel my heart thumping so hard into my chest, like I was having anxiety attacks..another thing i found was hard to manage, was because my mind would stop thinking of food I would stress about all other little things that wouldnt usually bother me. The problem the first time I tried duromine was I felt so happy I didnt feel like eating so I only ate once a day and lost the weight so fast , it rebounded and i have put it all back on so quickly. I back to where I started.
THE SECOND TIME , over 9 months later, im am on duromine again just started yesterday. my first day was totally different I was just moody and tired, i felt very agitated. today is the second and im tired and finding it hard to relax and settle my mind. this time I am making myself eat all my meals just small portions, and I am going to try to do 2X 30 minute walks a week. to teach myself a healthier lifestyle so I dont put weight back on again.. I hope the side affects pass , Overall I think Duromine is a great and affective drug for weight loss if used the right way .. try and use the drug to change your eating habits so when you are off it you dont go back to bad foods and put the weight back on again ..
