My SMART Goals

So I was inspired by jDad's blog and how he defined his goals. I have decided to do the same :)

I am also setting SMART goals for myself.

S - specific
M - measurable
A - attainable
R - relevant
T - time-bound

  1. I will reduce my weight by 5 kilos by the end of April 2014.
  2. I will spend 30 minutes each day walking at a comfortable pace.
  3. I will drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
  4. I will tell each of my children and wife, I love them at least once each day.
  5. I will eat three meals each day to nourish my body.
  6. I will reach my goal weight of 87 kg by my next birthday on June 1 and maintain it as such.
