So I was inspired by jDad's blog and how he defined his goals. I have decided to do the same

- I will reduce my weight by 5 kilos by the end of April 2014.
- I will spend 30 minutes each day walking at a comfortable pace.
- I will drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
- I will tell each of my children and wife, I love them at least once each day.
- I will eat three meals each day to nourish my body.
- I will reach my goal weight of 87 kg by my next birthday on June 1 and maintain it as such.
