Hi everyone,
This is my writing in a blog. I will be writing about my weight loss journey. I am 29, and I weigh 73 kg . I am not a tall person, only 155 cm, so my current BMI is about 30 ( obese). My ideal weight is 50-53 kg, so I have to lose 20 kg.

I read the story of many of you. As most of you I also struggled a lot to lose weight. I don't know how many times I just quit in the middle of my journey as my weight loss was really very poor despite of making all the good efforts ---> which leads me depressed, unmotivated ---> overeating and lack of energy ---> more weight gain --> more depressed. I recently had a baby and I am in my highest weight now. Every time I go to fitting room in a shop, I look at myself and I cry. This is not me. I used to be very good looking, smart girl. One day I overheard a conversation where a friend of mine was talking about me..." Oh.. You don't know her. She is the fat one on the corner." I was totally devastated.

So I decided not to sit back, take the control of my own life. I heard about Duramine from my husband who is a doctor working in Australia. He suggested me to try it as a last resort. As he is doctor getting a duramine prescription was easy for me.

I started with 30 mg yesterday. So far I haven't had any side effects like others. Only thing is that I couldn't sleep well, it kept me wide awake. I felt so much energy in my body. Day 1 I cleaned my whole house which normally I get tired easily in halfway. On Day 2 I did 30 min brisk walking in the morning. I ate my regular meal. Duramine was supposed to reduce my appetite, but I am still hungry

Anyway I will try to increase the amount of exercise from tomorrow and count on calories I take. I thought I'll share my experience with you guys so that I can keep myself motivated.

SW : 73 kg
GW : 53 kg
Weight to lose : 20 kg

Enjoy your rest of the day.

Hi ,
I just read your blog and couldnt believe how similar our situations are.I am 38 and weigh 73kgs and only 155cms tall with the same BMI.I've also struggled with my weight since my last child 10 years ago.
Reading your story and having experienced the same frustations with weight and going into fitting rooms I look forward to sharing my journey on this forum and staying motivated as I feel this is my best chance.I've tried the diet shakes and gym memberships and just felt alone.I wish you all the best in your journey to weight loss and hope you meet your goal.We can do this!
