Hi!

Wish i would of kept track and kept posting on here.

Nearly at the end of the 3 months (6x 40mg tablets left to be exact) and i am panicking a bit.

Got down to 91 KGS. Which is amazing as i was aimming for 90KG by the end of the 3 months. However i havent checked my weight in the last 3 weeks. I reckon i have exceeded my goal which is very comforting.

I just cant help but think, why dont i feel amazing? People who i regularly see and havent seen in a while are throwing compliments at me. Yet my eyes are still seeing the 115KG girl 3 months ago. I feel fitter but I dont see a 90kg girl. In my opinion 90kgs would be a little on the heavy side for my heigh, but i wouldnt call that obese. Apparently the BMI calculator thinks i am. but the BMI calculator can go get stuffed. My ideal weight is something like 65KG for 5'7 (169cm). My long term goals is 80kg and that is still considered obese, which is stupid. if you feel fit, exercise regularly, and put healthy food (well mostly) into your body, then you are healthy.

Anyways, im hoping i can keep this off. Although seeing the number on the scale and how its 2 digits, not 3, makes me feel so happy inside, i dont think i can stuff myself silly like i did before because i aint going back to kgs. Wish i did this earlier. And so happy that i have had ZERO side effects. recommend duromine to anyone who is struggling with their weight.

no one reads my shit here anyways but if i can give anyone advice it is BOILED EGGS ALL DAY ERRR DAY

We do read you, darling. We do:)

I think you are being too harsh to yourself. You are doing great, you're losing weight and this is the most important thing. As for you don't feel like 90's yet, just give it some time. I can understand this feeling when you used to see yourself "big" and then you change everything and become slimmer, it's hard to get used to it. Besides, in some people the weight loss does not show up in centimeters, only on the scales, I don't know why :p But people keep telling you compliments, enjoy it! ;)

And don't focus on that BMI calculator terms "obese' 'overweight' or 'normal'. You know yourself what's weight is normal for you, right? When you feel healthy, can move easily (no dyspnea, no ftigue, etc.) and you enjoy your reflextion in the mirror - it's your norm then. It's how many? almost 25 kg loss, right? No matter how long it took you to get rid of them - you did a great job! Congratulations, dear!

I am sure you can achieve your next (80's) goal even on your own, if you have no more prescription. Just keep going and never look back.

Kate:)
