So the scales I've had for ages are reading wayyyyy different to my doctors scales. I don't know why, so I thought I'd just buy some new ones.
At first I wasn't worried about having no (working) scales. I thought it was better to only weigh myself once a month when I saw her, but I'm getting anxious that my weight has gone up (like last month) and so I really just want it to reassure myself I'm not. But if I am, I know about it sooner and can do something about it- instead of just hearing that my weight's gone up from my doctor at the end of the month.
