Night Injuries!!!

Stupid me has strained a calf muscle during the night while I was asleep. This is something I've done before when I was running a lot but in the other leg. I'm a bit disappointed as it'll stop me from running for a few days :(. Guess I'll just walk or bike ride at the gym and hammer the weights again at gym tomorrow. I have given myself the day off today as I think I overdid it yesterday and am still recovering from feeling unwell.
The up side is that I actually managed to get a slightly better sleep last night - about 5 hours but not 5 hours of unbroken sleep.
I'd best be going to try and make myself eat some brekky even though I don't feel like it :(. I don't think I'm eating enough to be perfectly honest.

Brekky is perfect - in fact it is the best meal during the day and leaves no extra calories in your body, you should know it.

I know it's the hardest thing when you don't feel like eating and you still need to.
Just make small steps at a time. Start with three small meals a day. Something that tastes great for you. Salad with chicken and fresh veggies, grilled fish or meat with grilled veggies, some nuts and fruit. If you need some recipes, I can search and write it to you. But there are plenty in the Internet to be honest. Just don't fry things, avoid sauces from the store, and candies, sweets, FAST FOOD!! I'm telling this just in case.
You'll be fine and you will lose as much as you want. Just take time.

P.S. I know why your sleep got better - it's exercises. Really, physical lods make your body tired.:)
