Stupid me has strained a calf muscle during the night while I was asleep. This is something I've done before when I was running a lot but in the other leg. I'm a bit disappointed as it'll stop me from running for a few days
. Guess I'll just walk or bike ride at the gym and hammer the weights again at gym tomorrow. I have given myself the day off today as I think I overdid it yesterday and am still recovering from feeling unwell.
The up side is that I actually managed to get a slightly better sleep last night - about 5 hours but not 5 hours of unbroken sleep.
I'd best be going to try and make myself eat some brekky even though I don't feel like it
. I don't think I'm eating enough to be perfectly honest.
