So those of you who follow my blog ,I was chicken to face the scale this morning, weigh in day, but opted to still measure myself..only 3.4cm but happy with result none the less..
Today was a pretty hot day here in Brissy and I decided to take out my summer pants { chinos.} They have a zip and button, and I wore them last in March Feb this yr ..I COULD FEEL THEY WERE LOOSE around the waist line and on my hips and upper thighs, it felt good but the best part was when I went to the loo, and decided to see if they would come down without me loosening the button and zip ..YES !! YES !!! THEY SURE DID ...I did it three times hahah..walked out the bathroom with a HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE, and have been smiling ever since,cannot wait to show hubby when he gets home from work....will get on the scale tomorrow morning as my head space is good again, and I am ready for any disappointment that may follow ....
