No week 1 weight-loss - has anyone else experienced this?

Hi all

Just wondering if there is anyone out there that didn't experience any weight loss in week 1?

I have been on Duromine 30mg for a week and did not lose any weight following the following regime:
- 800-1000 calories per day
- 2 walks (2miles), 2 runs (4miles)

Am thinking it could be muscle build up?

Any inspiring stories about still experiencing success after a slow start would be much appreciated !!

This is just my personal opinion so please dont take it as gospel.

Your not eating enough calories. Females who want to loss weight are recommended to eat 1200cals. If your just eating 800 then you body thinks your going to starve it so it doesnt burn fat, instead it stores it.

And also, its the extreme athletes and body builders who are heavier due to muscle weight. The average person who exercises daily (or in your case 2 walks and 2 runs) is not going to have their weight effected by muscle size. Trust me .

My advise is to increase your calorie intake to 1200 daily choosing healthy food option.
