OK. I'm 156cm and my start weight was 68kg. 6 weeks on and I'm down 4.5kg to 63.5kg. All of my clothes are fitting me much more comfortably and I'm even comfortably back into all my old jeans. I'm especially happy about being able to wear my skinny jeans again as we're going out tonight and given it's a cool summers' night I wanted to be able to wear them with a nice pair of boots. Mission almost accomplished as I have 3.5kg to go at least.
What I'm getting to is this: as a person who is small in stature, in the past people have always noticed when I've shed even a couple of kgs as weight losses nearly always look more drastic on shorties. Well only 2 people have noticed enough to pass comment. Now in saying this, I'm not after the whole everyone pay me a complement thing but there are a lot of people that I saw at the beginning of the week who I haven't since since late November (before I even started Duro) who surely would have noticed but no comments whatsoever. Kind of makes you feel like giving up . . .
