Got on the scale, and I the result of no D , is my weight is the same ....so thankful !! ... Now to get that weight moving DOWN on the scale again, back on D ,all good, slept well even though it was only 5 hours, rested well ..

BRING ON WEEK 9 so ready for it !!! HAVE A FAB WEEK EVERYONE . YOU ARE ALL WINNERS !!!

Lol hug yourself Leigh you deserve it :) I'm finding the sleeping hard I seem to get 1 to 2 nights a week of 6 to 7 hrs. .. However the rest of the week is 4 to 5 hrs .. I'm not stressing ..it's just a bit annoying... Oh well only 3 more weeks and then I'll be having a 2 week break from Duromine :eek: Hope it's ok and I don't over eat when I'm on that cruise:p I I must remember nothing taste as good as skinny feels lol whatever skinny feels like ;)

Hey Shelly, will give myself a hug for sure, lol... Remember, on the cruise you have the advantage, that someone else is preparing the meals, and there is always good choices to choose from like salads, and fish and fruits and veg..and on one meal of having a small portion of pudding, so you should be fine, and when you eat of these food groups ,choose foods that you do not eat often or have never tried, that way , it will seem as if you not on an eating plan, and take away subconscious stress, as when one is on "holiday" or in Holiday mode, we do tend to just let go and do the mindless eating thing ,when you so spoilt for choice ,you going to be fine ,I KNOW you are, because you are a Winner, and you have done so well up till now, I know you will not sabotage all your hard work, and if you do fall off the rails for a day or two, it is also ok, it happens, do not be hard on yourself, and get right back at it again the next day ...Being without D, and being away from your normal environment, might be a very GOOD thing for you , {a blessing in disguise }as you will be distracted by your usual, take a pill, eat like this, do this, go there, blah blah blah, You will be so distracted, and doing other things, that this "program" you on will not feel so forced or thought about in such a microscopic way, you have ALL the tools now friend, you know what to do with them, NOW GO APPLY THEM to your holiday, as in the near future once you at goal weight ,YOU will have to face this kind of situation in your life, without D being one of the tools..Cannot wait for you to share with us about your trip and day to day journey ..so excited for you ..Remember to take a "thin" Pic of you with , put it in your wallet and put it in your cabin in a cupboard door, so you are reminded what you goal is and what thin LOOKS like even if you not know what it FEELS like for now, hee hee ..take care, may this coming week, be a focussed one for you, in every way, may your loss be gr8 before you go on this trip..Have a gr8 Sunday ,x :)

Shelly, I can so identify with you , on the sleeping pattern thing, Only two days in On D30mg, and my sleep is 5 hours again..But deeper this time round, which is unusual, not sure if it's because I had the week break from D, and that my body is still in a deep sleep pattern, but I am glad for it while it lasts, I have had a little fog brain again, but not as bad, and eating less again ,but it is all good, will take it day by day ,THAT IS ALL WE CAN DO.. may you sleep like a new born baby on that cruise . lol :)
