One week down 3.5kgs gone!

Another lazy day, hate the weekends when my husbands home !
Did go out to eat though which I was a bit worried about but all went ok.

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: Chinese takeaways Mongolian beef and chilli chicken . Only ate about 3 tablespoons of the rice
Dinner: Paul's low fat custard and oat bran
Snack: Banana

Late night watching a series with my daughter but I did get 5hrs uninterrupted sleep
No side affect again so hope it's safe to say they won't be coming

Loss: 700grams
Total: 3.5kgs ...... Lots more to go
