One Week In and Going Strong

Hello everyone.
I've been on 30mg for a week now and in the first 4 days I lost 2.5kg which was amazing. I've not weighed myself since then.
I had the dry mouth to start with but now that seems to have eased.
I've been exercising 5 days per week and am enjoying it. Feeling energised. However, today I'm feeling a little flat. Hopefully I will get my mojo back again tomorrow.

That's great news keep up the exercising and eating healthy and it will come straight off very soon I started only 13 days ago I was 79 now I am 73 it has great results and just keep hydrated it's very hard even I struggle sometimes with it but keep your chin up and you will lose a lot off weight

Hello, Vamp Girl! Welcome! And congratulations on first considerable weight loss!!! So, you’re going to weigh yourself in in 4 days, to make it a week since your first weigh in… Looking forward to your results and keeping my fingers crossed.

The energy is very helpful when you start including exercises into your life. That’s cool. However, if you are feeling a bit “down”, like today, you can try and just go for a walk. Walks are always nice. =)) Wish you more energy and a, just like Sammy suggested, don’t forget to drink enough water.

What about your nutrition? Do you eat enough? Healthy? Tasty? =)) This shouldn’t be a torture. You actually can lose weight and enjoy the process. I would also suggest you make some measurements. These also can change, even if you don’t lose weight.
