I just came online NOW so i can post one big fact about phentermine and sauna(or any hot place).
So i have been going every day the last week in the gym doing cardio for an hour and then as there is sauna i would go inside for 15 min . Had some little problems but drank wanter and was fine. Today as always i did the same. Went in sauna went out drank water and went to sit and come down. As i sit down my pressure went too much up,my heart didnt wanted to settle down. I drank around 3 l of water and tried to calm myself. After like 15 min i manage and i dress and went home. As soon i arrived the pressure was even worst. I thought my sugar level droped so i ate a bit and took a spoon of honey as well. My condition just got worst and worst till that point that i told my friend if anything happen to call ambulance. I have luck i been struggling before with high pressure so i know how to manage. For the last 3 h!!!! I was trying to manage not to fall unconcious. water,lemon,massage myself,massage neck, watch tv etc... now after 4 h i do feel better out of the red zone for emergency but still not perfect. What i understood is PLEASE DONT USE SAAUNA when you are on phen... i know it works diffirent for many people but i was stupid as well. now i read that the temperature makes phen like 200% stronger which makes your heart go like crazy... I am sooo happy and greatfull i survived and for sure not gonna sit in sauna anymore.As i note i want to add that as i my pressure was coming down , and i was becoming better it did affected me mentally. I felt kind of spacy feeling very hot,hot rush and when i saw myself in mirror my eyes were sooo big!!! They were like when you are onto something... must admit felt also like that...
i found that any heat is not good for me,so i just wanted to worn you not do the same .
