Lost 900g this week which I'm happy with!
2.3 until my first goal! I can do this lol, have another 3 weeks until GC so I'm hoping I will get back to 88kg by then now sitting at 90.3 kilos
88 is my happy range but am pushing for 85 to MAYBE 80 at the smallest.
Took my daughter out yesterday to the movies and YES I ate badly while there but really cannot handle sweet food anymore yay!! Well I say badly but it would have been wayyyy worse without the help of D, Couldn't eat anything else all day
Saw my friends I'd not seen for ages last night and they commented how much weight I had lost which was nice and my fav jeans now fall down so much especially in the butt area it feels like I shit my pant haaaaaa.
Hourglass figure coming back .... I'm always an hourglass not matter how small I get I have large hips and my waist gets tiny compared to them!!
Once again life has been full of stress and the next three weeks will be much the same but I've been doing well and have chosen to live on fruit salad a few days a week, I just LOVE that stuff ... So not me!
Sleeps been shit but I have been getting too engrossed in series and stay awake until about 3 most days, it's not the D fault it's purely mine as I could easily go to sleep at 9pm but chose not to.
Energy still shit too but that won't change as its been like this since the start.
Emotionally have been a mess and some days I've just sat and cried but again it's what's happening around me not the D
Exercise pppffttt yeah no not happening but I figure cleaning up after 5 kids (oh god yes husband IS included in that number ) I do enough but now it's getting warmer I think that will improve and can start using the pool and going for walks around gardens as I love taking pictures
