starting over week 2

STARTING WEIGHT: 85.6KG WEEK 1 (28/11/2017)
HEIGHT: 1.5
GOAL:65 KG
CURRENT WEIGHT: 81.1kg (4/12/2017)
TOTAL LOSS: 4.5kg



so week 1 was a success there were no side effects.. well expect for a slight headache there n there but nothing i couldn't handle,but i have to say weekend was a challenging for me because i had a work function and for some reason decide not to take duromine cos i thought it would be a waste but to my surprise i didn't feel any hunger throughout the day and i allowed myself to have bread yesterday on which was amazing.

as im starting week 2 im hoping to los a bit more but again any loss is a great loss, will try and push myself to exercise at least 4 days with week.

Oh wow! Congrats with your first weight loss result! Very motivating, right? =)) And the mindset deserves applause! That is correct – any loss is a loss, and it’s definitely worth to push harder every time you see progress. No time to relax! =) Best of luck to you and have a great week!
