Hi all not one of my best days today. Its that time of the month and as usual I look for sweets!.managed to stick to my low cal eating plan most of the day. As afternoon approached I started looking for sweets so satisfied my sweet tooth with a good size choc chip biscuit. Must of needed it as my mood and energy level picked up a bit. Tomorrow is another day so will keep at it and look at the big picture! Me happy and healthy! PS have managed to do a light weights workout everyday.
