I have lost a total of 15kgs! I am extremely proud of myself and now that I'm accustomed to taking duromine everyday, I've made minor adjustments in order to make it suit my lifestyle better. My doctor had told me that I could take it every 2 days instead of just 1 everyday. I currently took time off work again and I'm on holidays which means I don't do much besides wake up, enjoy the sunshine and go on light walks in the evening. I find that I eat close to nothing during the 2 weeks I've been on holidays and I doubt my food intake will increase during the next 2 weeks either. I had scheduled for a consultation for breast augmentation however I will not be attending unless I've reached at least 66kgs which would have me in the healthy BMI for my height. My goal for now is lose 6kgs within the next 4 weeks which to me seems very manageable. Unfortunately the only form of exercise that I do is very light cardio and no toning whatsoever which has left me with quite a far bit of excess skin. During the time I spend on holidays I hope to incorporate some toning exercises into my routine so that physically I look better and match the numbers on the scale.
