Day thirty five on Duramine (metermine) 40mgs-
Going out to playgroup and shopping today but i will still endevour to work dancing, walk, stairs and stomach crunches into the day. The day before yesterday i did 1.5 hours just dance, a 40 minute walk and 5 sets of 17 stairs. Had peaches for breakfast, few pieces of licorice for lunch and shake for tea plus 2 litres of water. Yesterday did a 1 hour walk, 5 sets of the 17 steps and had bacon, eggs, avocado and cheese for breakfast. Chicken for lunch and two cherry tomatoes, 3 pickled onions and a polski ogorki for tea and one litre of water. Knee feels better and i can't wait to run around tomorrow. Hope the whole positive buzz thing lasts.
