I'm taking 15mg which I am tolerating well, with the common exceptions, dry mouth, so i'm drinking plenty of water and a few rough nights to start.
Eating 3 small healthy meals, healthy snacks & a glass of wine with dinner
so keeping my calorie intake to 1200 cal and logging it on myfitnesspal.
Fitness during the week - outdoor group fitness (mon) personal training gym (wed) indoor soccer (thurs) gym (sat). Trying for 13k steps per day via fitbit.
