Week 1 all going good

Well it's been an interesting week. I didn't feel too different until day 3 when the appetite disappeared. Have been trying to focus on three healthy meals and keeping calories between 1200 - 1500. Have trained 4 times.

The side effects have been ok. Mainly dry mouth and some trouble with sleep but it's manageable. Have stopped drinking coffee to try to help. Otherwise I feel quite normal.

I can do this....
