Day 2:
Okay.... So today let's just say thank goodness for day 2's pill! otherwise am of sure how I would have got through the day without it.
Without sleep the night before, day was busy, did not consume as much water compared to day 1, but still just got my 2 litres.
Also decided today that am going cold turkey, cutting out sugar, milk and bread. had 2 cups of black coffee... was not to bad! first cup went down like a shot when it was cold... yuck!! then went to a friend in the evening and was proud to say... it was a little easier . .. if I can do one cup I can do another. I will have the will power! am determined to shed this weight!
On that note: did not weigh in, will do it at the end of week one, so hopefully I have a change in weight!
Sleeping; went to bed at round 11pm and woke up at my normal time to hit the gym at 4.30am. BUT did not go. Will go tomorrow.
Day2: DONE AND DUSTED!!
