Week 1 Down

So the first week is done and I weighed myself (not sure how accurate my scales are) but I had a loss of 2.8kg which I think is pretty good considering I didn't eat right 100% of the time and did almost no exercise..

Week 2 should be better (I hope) I'm going to make more of an effort with eating better and exercise and hopefully should see some good results :)

SW: 101.8kgs
CW: 99kgs
GW: 65-70kgs
Total weight loss so far: 2.8kgs
