All going well. I've lost 1.6kg this week. Although I think I've lost a bit of cm as well. I'm not measuring myself because I don't want to be obsessed about it. I already jump on the scales every morning. I had to tighten my bra straps today and I look maybe 5 months pregnant instead of 7 months. That's more than good enough for me.
I only slept about 3 hours per night for the first 3 days. Now I am sleeping normally again.
My dry throat lasted about 3 days also. I now only have a slightly dry mouth but it reminds me to drink water.
I had a huge amount of energy the first 2 days but this has worn off and now I just feel normal.
I didn't have an appetite at all for 3 days. I now find myself getting hungry but can only eat small meals.
Also I was sweating a little the first 4 days but that has also stopped now.
I've not had any other symptoms.
I've not been doing a lot of excercise. I have managed to walk the dogs 4 days this week & I have a very physical job. This I'm hoping to change my Monday when my daughter goes back to school. I'll have some more free time to exercise.
I was eating well before I started and I have remained eating well. My problem was on the weekends I would start snacking on chips and lollies. I was able to not do that this weekend. I've uped my water intake (from 0 to 2L per day) and reduced my coffee ( from 8 to 2 per day) Which I now have without sugar. I have noticed some foods taste a little different to me now. Such as strawberries, I had 6 strawberries as a snack the other day and they tasted like someone poured sugar on them. My partner cooked Some meat on the BBQ and I was going to have a small steak and salad but I didn't like the taste of the meat so I had 2 eggs on toast instead. I'm finding this very strange. Has anyone else had they're tastes change?
Anyway it's now week 2, lets see what happens this week!
