Not a great loss for me this week and I know I can do better. Having my mum over I stopped tracking my food, didn't exercise & walk as much as normal and oh the vino! So I have thought about it and I need to track & track everything, I think I stopped tracking because I knew that I am going to go over my 1200cal and I didn't want to address it. I wonder how hard tracking Easter eggs is in MyFitnessPal?
There were some wins. I hopefully learnt a good lesson & I have not lost 10% on both my weight and waist.
Fitness, averaged only 7k steps per day (getting lower & lower with the pain from plantar fasciitis). No PT, No Gym, practice soccer match Sunday, Soccer training Wed. << I MUST GET TO THE GYM THIS WEEKEND >>
