Now you hear about people going through a "diet plateau", not me, I am going through a "head plateau" I'm moving back towards bad habits without much resistance from myself..... I don't know if I'm tired, bored or just over it. I am surprised that it was not a gain, I expected it (I still planned to post in my blog if I had a gain).
So just one small win this week, a 100g loss, and its a very cute 100g
Fitness, averaged only 7k steps per day (my foot is still rubbish). No PT, 2 gym sessions, Soccer training last night.
