Week 5 - 1.3 kg loss (Waist - 0cm loss)
Week 6 - 1.3 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 7 - 0.9 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 8 - 0.6 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 9 - 0.7 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 10 - 0.2 kg loss (Waist - no loss)

It's great to be back on the losing train again. Diet has been back to normal, 5 great days - 2 okay days, but still not tracking 100% on MFP.

Fitness, averaged 9k steps per day (my foot is getting better). 1 gym session, 1 fitness circuit & Soccer training last night. Soccer starts this Sunday YAY / EEK.

Well Done hunny!!! I'm so impressed with all your exercise (especially with a dodgy foot) ;) I can't seem to get into the whole exercise routine yet (except walking) :oops:

Any plans yet for the 4th month? Are you spacing the pills out to make them last longer?

Thanks IWTBH. yeah this foot thing sucks but then that's what I get being an over weight 50 yo soccer player! But hey, on the positive, my knees are fine :p

My last visit to my Doc said that he would be happy to give me a 4th prescription, so I'm seeing him next week. Just not sure about 30 or 40 mg, are you still on 30?

Fantastic, sounds like you have a sensible dr aswell who is looking at the long term over all picture :).

I'm staying on the 30mg and dr told me to take it every second day.

Why are you thinking the 40mg?

Ha, maybe I'm a little faster now that I'm lighter :rolleyes: 40mg, oh I don't know, thinking it might be easier I suppose. But thinking about it, the 30mg is still quite strong for me. Congrats again for dropping into the 60's :)

Are the 30s still working for you (eg dulling your appetite/cravings) cos if they are, then potentially all the 40's may do is increase the bad side effects??? Guess you'll see what dr says. The 30's have definately worked wonders for you that's for sure. Xx
Let me know what you end up doing. ;)

Oh yeah, the 60's. I almost had a heart attack lol. I rechecked the scales about 10 times just to be sure haha.
