Its a small loss but its mine, all mine!! A positive for me this week is that my body fat % has dropped from the 40's into the 30's this week.
Fitness, averaged 8k steps per day. 2 gym session, 1 fitness circuit, first soccer game of the season was on Sunday and I survived.
My doctor has given me another prescription today, I plan to have a work better at it this month, there will be more exercise because of soccer & I believe I have no big social plans for this month!!
