Hey again, here are my results for this week:

Starting weight (26.08.13) = 100 kg
Week 12 (18.11.13) = 87.6kg
Week 13 (25.11.13) = 86.1kg
This Week = -1.5 kg
Total Loss = 13.9 kg
Goal = 70 kg
Mini Goal = 85 kg by December 9th (s0 close!)

Pretty happy with these results this week. I have been eating relatively healthy and not only going to the gym but also going to the pool with friends every few days to have a swim, so I have been pretty active. I am not under 85 yet but I am so close it doesn't both me. My holiday is in two more weeks, I wont be wearing a bikini yet :p but I wont feel so uncomfortable in my swimmers anymore :) I am going shopping next weeks for a few new outfits and I am so excited :) I might upload a before and after photo showing my midway point next week.

YAY for new clothes! Maybe I'll be able to fit into a size 14!?
