current weight is about 90.5kgs
Some times I wonder why I'm even on duro. The scales are moving but very very slowly.. but honestly, I got I wasn't on it, they may be going up instead. So I'm taking the positive side of it and going with that.
I start my FINAL month in a few days.. and it will be my FINAL FOREVER..
I was really hoping to be down to 85 by the end, and then hopefully keep going after that, but I'm just not overly confident right now.
I started my journey at 107kgs in August last year. I decided this time is the time I will stick it out until I reach my goals.
I decided I wasn't going to go without, and punish myself, I was just going to create a better, healthier lifestyle for myself, FOREVER.. which I am, but of course there is the mind struggles that go along with that... and you know, life happens.
In the 5mths of 2016 I lost 11kgs.
2017 so far in the 5mths,
I have lost 5.5kgs.
Last year I was going to the gym 3-4 days a week and taught myself to run which was fabulous for my state of mind.
This year, I got a new job, in an office and exercise basically hasn't happened much at all but having a job has helped a totally different part of my mind..
it certainly is all about balance and mind set...
Anyways onwards and upwards.. slow and steady wins the race!!
