Week 2 of Trying Duromine 30mg in a different approach

So today is my 2nd time taking Duromine 30mg. It's my day off, which is a perfect chance to get some exercises happening and reducing my food intake.

Since my last intake of Duromine, I noticed I went back to normality pretty much the next day. I tried my best to curb my appetite, but its ofcourse not as reduced as when I'm on Duro. However I'd like to think that a weekly intake of Duro will keep me focused on dieting and staying healthy.

So, today I took my Duro at 5AM and went back to sleep...

It's funny but I always try to take deep breaths as soon as I take it. I nodded off to sleep and woke up at 7:30.

I didn't feel any heart race type of discomfort, but I sure did feel happy and excited about just being who I was :)

Anyway, I took that opportunity of feeling good and took my dog out for a walk, cleaned the house, and had cereal breakfast. Drinking lots of water and continuing with my deep breathing whenever I am aware of my breath. This is what is keeping me calm and not thinking about unnecessary things.

I went for 10km bike ride see my GP for his opinion on my different method of taking Duromine (which I blogged about in another section. You can read: Went to GP to get his opinion).

Food intake:
3 litres of water
1 glass of metamucil drink
1 glass of squeezed lemon and Spirulina
1 glass of Protein shake
Cereal for breakfast + Vit C tablet
Skipped lunch
Dinner, I ate tofu salad with ginger and spring onion, clear fish broth with veggies

By bedtime, I was pretty sleepy and I went to bed at 10. I woke up at 12:30, thinking it was about 4. Had a really deep sleep! I nodded off to sleep again.

Mood:
I think taking Duro at 5 was the best thing I have ever done. I didn't get gittery or lethargic and came off it by 8pm.
