Another week has passed and some more weight has been shed.
Side effects still the same only dry mouth...
I know this is going to be a long journey for me to break my bad eating habits! but I do not mind it... I have not cheated on my diet for 2 weeks and I log all my food and calorie intake daily! I make sure if I do something wrong it will be noted and not done again quickly! Its not losing the weight for me that's the battle its eating healthy and staying away from cakes and ice cream and all those cheese burgers I love so much... A lifestyle change is not easy, and still cooking those yummy foods for my husband an son every night is just making me feel stronger! the more I say no to those things the better I am for it! I eat my veg every night and I make it tasty! I do not eat any beef, pork or lamb on my diet because I can NOT have that in moderation so I avoid it! As for the nights im to lazy to make my veg tasty I just do a nice tuna salad!
I have been struggling this past week because its almost time for my silly monthlies and then all I want to do it eat eat eat!!!! if u sit still for to long you are in danger hahaha but as I have said no cheating!! when that craving for salty stuff crawls upon me I grab a gherkin! and boom sorted!
This mornings weigh in was a loss of 1.7kg's
Soooooooooo....
SW: 73.7kg
1st weeks loss - 4.6kg
2nd weeks loss - 1.7kg
Total weight lost so far - 6.3kg
CW: 67.4
GW: 65 - 60
Height - 175cm
