Week 3 - midweek update - minor side effects

Hi there,

This week has been good so far, I haven't had any side effects since starting on D, but this week I started noticing a bad taste in my mouth, and slight headaches, not extremely bad, I don't even need to take a headache pill. I have upped my water intake to help combat these effects. Last night hubby surprised me with grilled steak & salad, but for some reason, the steak made me feel nauseous. Not sure if this is the D, or because my period is due soon. My exercise routine is still in place, and even on Sunday (my off day), I could not sit still, I just had the urge to exercise. This has now become a part of my life, and I cant go without it :) I have noticed that my weight loss is not as quick and much as most ladies on here, or as I have expected, but I know that I am giving my all, and the weight WILL go down, even if it takes me a year to reach my goal weight. Next weigh in is on Friday, hoping to report that I have lost a total of 20kg...thus I need a loss of 1.3kg this week.

That's so awesome you must be very proud of yourself!!!
A whole 18.7 kgs off already that's no joke.
Its inspiring to me as I have just started my D this week and have lots to loose.
I hope you get to your goal really quick.

Hi it's great to read your blog ... I had some of the same issues with the headache & consuming more water really works :) I am exercising every day it's a fantastic habit to get into... And continues after the D is no longer needed ;) I to am hoping to reach the magical 20 kg loss this week Sunday is my weigh in day .. Wishing a lighter scale today as it Friday & your reach your goal
