So here I am at week 4, wow this might actually be working! I have lost 1.1kg this week and I am stoked! so that means I have lost 4.5 kilos in 4 weeks! I am swimming 3 times a week, have karate for an hour a week and last week I started a burlesquize class which was heaps of fun. Im feeling kind of excited maybe after all these years I have finally found something that is going to work yay!! only 3 more kilos to get back in the 80's! (Ill wear fluro to celebrate) I really hope I can keep this up people are starting to notice now and Im feeling great- Good luck fellow durominers!
