Week 4 weigh in...a little late though.

Ok so iv been having a hard time lately, keep giving into cravings and not caring so much about eating minimal calories. Miss most my meals now which is terrible !! and that probably explains why iv barely lost anything in the last 2 weeks.
I believe that maybe my dose is low so will see doc tomoro and see i he will prescribe 40mg for the next 2 months.

started weight training last week monday so im sure iv gained some muscle so maybe that too add to the scales not going down much.

My brother mentioned yesterday that i look different n then said u look skinnier Nadia !! so im glad..
today i was a lil naughty and ate half a bar of chocolate...ok a lot bad. My cravings for chocolate are sooooooooooo strong, since iv started this journey i havnt been able to give up choc completely...

I am currantly weighing in at 66.0kg exactly. Will measure myself tomorrow.

Hi if I feel like chocolate I have a cup of light hot chocolate which is only about 50 calories .. I feel satisfied then :) I use skim milk also.. Being so low in calories you could have this a couple of times a day maybe this would help with your cravings :) good luck have a great week ;)

Plus, hot chocolate (well chocolate in general) greatly improves your mood! Proven =)

Have you tried the weight watchers snack bars?
They have a few diff choc bars that are quiet yummm for that choc fix.

I am sticking to my good old milo {1 serving is 109 calories} worth it for me !! I find I only need it when I am having PMS, or a cold day , or if I have not eaten lunch, but that is not often now, and I started out having two to three cups a day in my first week on D and now 6 WEEKS on D and I am only having 1 cup, when it is PMS, and I am settled, but thats just me.. keep going Nadia, you are doing so well, and if you can incorporate choc into your calorie plan, it will become a way of life instead of an obstacle in your life, as that is what your body wants and needs, if you able to find and alternative like Shelly and I have by finding a choc substitute in a drink instead of a bar, even better ,Bananas also work for me too.. they seem to stop that sugar craving COMPLETELY ..I have an awesome recipe for you if you, like Almond milk, it is a gr8 drink , for post exercise ,and just on days when you desire a sweet treat , let me know if you would like the recipe ..xxx keep going

I went thru that first couple of weeks, all I thought about was chocolate, but barely ate anything else, finally now I have weaned myself of the chocolate, the cravings finally just left me,
I don't know how it happened but it did, my partner was eating chocolate nxt to me and I had no desire whatsoever to have any, was weird, used to have a block each!!
