Good day all 
Well so far so good week 4 under the belt and lost another 1.1 kg. Happy with that i am now 65 kg and it is my first goal... Not very far to go and i am not taking my duromine tablets any more, i had my last one saturday. Didnt finish all the pills in the box i feel no more need for it... So lets see how this goes
