Total Loss 3.4 kg (Waist 6cm loss)
So just got back from the Doc's and 30mg it is, starting tomorrow, YAY
Not a fab week for me, TTOM again just 2.5 weeks after the last one!!! Had an injection in my shoulder joint and was instructed to remain inactive for two days and now nothing strenuous for two weeks. Adding to it all Perth has just been through a heatwave, the worst in 83 years, 6 days over 40 deg. My calorie intake has been increasing and is now around 1200 cal, higher over the weekend again, struggled with the vino...
Fitness during the week - outdoor fitness (mon), Indoor soccer (thurs), Gym (sun), only averaged 9k a day in steps, as walking will be my main fitness this week I MUST walk more!!!
- moved slowly past my first goal - now under 80kg.
