It was my son's 19th Birthday on Saturday, made hamburgers, hot dogs, lemon meringue pie, STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING, crisps, peanuts, dried fruit ,hot beverages, juices ,no one complained, or asked for chocolate, or ice cream,I did not desire or crave or want any of the snacks, I ate half my hamburger ,had a filter coffee, a bit of my lemon meringue { because my daughter baked it , had to try it at least }and I was happy as ... Once everyone had eaten, I gave my son the snacks to take upstairs to his buddies and eat them while they watched a flick, and the rest of us down stairs , had more coffee and I made them take the extra toffee pudding and lemon meringue home with them , that way no temptations, and no waste .... Was not active over the weekend, and did not take my 30mcg duromine for the whole weekend, and I was fine , Today I started 40mcg Duromine, as Doc prescribed, and will be doing cardio for 1 hour straight a day , need to get my heart rate up ,and the end of this week is weigh in with body measurements,doc only wants me doing cardio at this stage no weights ... I am so ready for this challenge, and so far only feeling a little light headed on the 40mcg, not as thirsty as I thought I would be , or dry throat, just a little worried about this spaced out feeling I am having, ate all my food, Doc wants me to eat, cruskets, or rice cakes instead of Rye bread , had some cruskits, with avo and tuna and peppers for brekkie ,at 9am ... off to exercise now...May you all have a super, positive , driven, goal orientated week !!!!!!! keep going !!!
