Week 5 - weigh in

Hi there,

Start weight when my weight loss journey began in June 2014: 114.7kg
Now 94.0 kg
Lost so far: 20.7kg
Lost on Duromine: 7.6kg

So, this week has been another small loss for me (0.5kg) but at least it is a loss, and not a gain, and I'll take that any day of the week :) I have to admit that I had one or two days when I felt like giving up this week, but I pushed through, because I knew that I would regret it. I have come this far, and there is no way that I will allow stress or any person in my life who is negative, to change or influence what I know I need to do for myself. Yes, its time to think about ME for once. Call that selfish if you want to :p

Inspiration for the week: It doesn't matter how slow you go, just as long as you don't STOP.

Attitude is everything Hun and you picked a good one;) no one is going to stop you, these a just the challenges :mad:in life we all have to face the life,family job, people stresses however as you know if you want somthing bad enough it's worth the struggle;) you have lost an amazing amount of weight keep going you are an inspiration to others on the forum have a fantastic week :)
