Lost so far: 20.7kg
Lost on Duromine: 7.6kg
So, this week has been another small loss for me (0.5kg) but at least it is a loss, and not a gain, and I'll take that any day of the week
I have to admit that I had one or two days when I felt like giving up this week, but I pushed through, because I knew that I would regret it. I have come this far, and there is no way that I will allow stress or any person in my life who is negative, to change or influence what I know I need to do for myself.
