So here are my results:
Starting weight (26.08.13) = 100 kg
Week 1 (02.09.13) = 98.7 kg
Week 2 (09.09.13) = 98.0 kg
Week 3 (16.09.13) = 94.9 kg
Week 4 (23.09.13) = ...94.9 kg
Week 5 (30.09.13) = 94.7kg
Weekly Loss = 0.2 kg
Total Loss = 5.3 kg
Goal = 70 kg
Mini Goal = 85 kg by December

This was on different scales so not feeling like this is accurate...
